RESUMEN

Justificación. Los pacientes con Trastorno mental grave (TMG), presentan una problemática muy compleja, que se caracteriza por las dificultades que surgen en el funcionamiento psicosocial y que les dificultan su integración en la comunidad. Con la intervención domiciliaria, los profesionales sanitarios ofreceremos todas las medidas terapéuticas y acciones necesarias para fomentar el afrontamiento y la adaptación, reducir el estrés y mejorar el cumplimiento del tratamiento. Pregunta. ¿Será efectiva la intervención domiciliaria aplicada por la enfermera especialista en salud mental a pacientes con trastorno mental grave? Objetivo. Evaluar la efectividad de un Programa de Intervención Domiciliaria aplicado por la enfermera especialista, a pacientes con TMG que son dados de alta y que han tenido diversos reingresos a lo largo del último año. Metodología. Se aplicará un diseño quasi-experimental con Grupo Experimental y Grupo Control y mediciones pre-post intervención.

Abstract effectiveness of home-based intervention for mental health nurse in patients with severe mental illness

Justification. The patients with serious mental Upheaval (TMG), present problematic a very complex one, that is characterized by the difficulties that arise in the psycho-social operation and that makes difficult their integration to them in the community. With the domiciliary intervention, the sanitary professionals we will offer all the therapeutic measures and actions necessary to foment the facing and the adaptation, to reduce stress and to improve the fulfillment of the treatment. Question. Will be effective the domiciliary intervention applied by the specialistic nurse in mental health to patients with serious mental upheaval? Target. To evaluate the effectiveness of a Program of Domiciliary Intervention applied by the specialistic nurse, to patients with TMG that are registered and that have had diverse re-entries throughout the last year. Methodology. It will be applied to an quasi-experimental design with Experimental Group and Group Control and measurements pre-post intervention.
