Sistema de valores y concepción cultural de los Supervisores de Hospitales sobre la investigación en enfermería

Resumen

Fundamento.  Los supervisores de enfermería como líderes formales e informales constituyen el principal motor para impulsar la investigación.

Objetivo. Valorar por los discursos explícitos e implícitos el sistema de valores y concepciones culturales y simbólicas de los supervisores con relación a la actividad investigadora.

Participantes y método: En la recogida de datos se ha utilizado metodología cualitativa: análisis e interpretación del discurso emitido en entrevistas semi-estructuradas realizadas a 45 supervisores como informantes claves.

Resultados y conclusiones: 43 de los supervisores entrevistados han respondido positivamente con respecto a aceptación, receptividad y actitud predisponente a la celebración de la entrevista.  34 de los entrevistados  no están satisfechos de su actual rol profesional, ni de la organización de la empresa. Sobre el interés por el desarrollo de la investigación (28) eluden responderla y contestan desviándose del tema, (18) reconocen su importancia, (35) la poca formación que poseen al respecto, (25) opinan que necesitarían más recursos humanos para poder potenciarla. (39) no se han planteado estrategias ni objetivos al respecto, porque siguen considerando que sus máximos esfuerzos deben ir dirigidos a aumentar la calidad de las intervenciones asistenciales. 

Abstract (System of values and cultural conception that the supervisors of hospitals have on the investigation in infirmary)

Basis. The infirmary supervisors like formal and informal leaders constitute the main motor to impel the investigation.

General. To value for the explicit and implicit speeches, the sistema gives securities and cultural and symbolic conceptions he/she gives the supervisors with relationship to the operative investigating activity.

Method: In the collection she gives data qualitative methodology it has been used: analysis and interpretation gives the speech emitted in semi-structured interviews carried out 45 supervisors like key informants

Results and summations: 43 gives the interviewed supervisors they have responded positively with regard to: acceptance, receptividad and attitude for to the celebration give the interview. (34) she gives the interviewees they are not satisfied she gives their current professional list, neither give the organization she gives the company. About the interest for the development gives the investigation (28) they avoid to respond her and they answer straying she gives the topic, (18) they recognize their importance, (35) the little formation that you/they possess in this respect, (25) they say that they would need more human resources to be able to potentialize her. (39) they have not thought about strategies neither objectives in this respect, because they continue considering that their maximum efforts should go directed to increase the quality she gives the assistance interventions.
