Resumen El objetivo de esta investigación es Diseñar, Aplicar y Evaluar un Programa de Capacitación sobre el cuidado del Paciente que vive con VIH/SIDA, dirigido al personal de Enfermería de las Unidades Clínicas de Emergencia, Medicina General y Cirugía del Hospital Central Universitario Dr. Antonio María Pineda. Diseño de investigación tipo acción, estructurándose en tres fases, se realizo un diagnostico para determinar el nivel de conocimiento del personal de enfermería en las Unidades Clínicas de Emergencia, Medicina General y Cirugía General del Hospital Central Universitario Dr. Antonio María Pineda acerca del VIH/SIDA y los cuidados en el aspecto físico y psicológico que requiere el paciente que vive con VIH/SIDA. Se estudio la factibilidad técnica, administrativa y política de la aplicación de un Programa de Capacitación en esta área y posteriormente se diseño el programa de capacitación al personal de enfermería en las Unidades Clínicas de Emergencia, Medicina General y Cirugía del Hospital Central Universitario Dr. Antonio María Pineda; fase de la ejecución, se realizaron diez (10) talleres que incluye significados de las siglas VIH y SIDA, medios de transmisión, métodos de barrera, sensibilización a la no estigmatización y medidas de bioseguridad con un total de cien (100) asistentes, la fase de evaluación se realizo a través de la medición del impacto que tendrá el programa de capacitación sobre el personal de enfermería, y en el cuidado del paciente que vive con VIH/SDA. Se aplico un post test que incluye las dimensiones objeto de esta investigación, los resultados fueron llevados a la escala tiene conocimiento o no tiene conocimiento, en base al programa de capacitación diseñado, los resultados reflejan que 95% del personal de enfermería capacitado obtuvo conocimientos impartidos, optimizando la atención del personal de enfermería. Logrando incrementar los niveles de satisfacción del paciente y sus familiares por las atenciones recibidas. Palabras clave: Programa, Proyectos, Enfermería, VIH/SIDA.		Abstract (Design, Application and Evaluation of a Program of Qualification on the Care of the Patient who lives with HIV/AIDS) The objective of this investigation is To design, To apply and To evaluate a Program of Qualification on the care of the Patient who lives with HIV/AIDS, directed to the personnel of Infirmary of the Clinical Units of Emergency, General Medicine and Surgery of Central Hospital University Dr. Antonio Maria Pineda. Design of investigation type action, structuring itself is three phases, I am made I diagnose to determine the level of knowledge of the personnel of infirmary in the Clinical Units of Emergency, General Medicine and General Surgery of Central Hospital University Dr. Antonio Maria Pineda about the HIV/AIDS and the cares in the physical and psychological aspect that requires the patient who lives with HIV/AIDS. Study the technical, and administratively political feasibility of the application of a Program of Qualification in this area and later design the program of qualification to the personnel of infirmary in the Clinical Units of Emergency, General Medicine and Surgery of Central Hospital University Dr. Antonio Maria Pineda; phase of the execution, ten (10) factories were made that meaning of abbreviations HIV and AIDS includes, means of transmission, methods of barrier, sensibilization to the nonestigmatización and measures of Bioseguridad with a total of one hundred (100) attending ones, the phase of evaluation I am made through the measurement of the impact which it will have the qualification program on the infirmary personnel, and in the care of the patient who lives with HIV/AIDS. I am applied posttest that includes the dimensions object of this investigation, the results were taken to the scale has knowledge or it does not have knowledge, on the basis of the designed program of qualification, the results reflect that 95% of the enabled personnel of infirmary obtained distributed knowledge, optimizing the attention of the infirmary personnel .
