RESUMEN

Justificación: Es conveniente buscar el embarazo en las mejores condiciones físicas y psíquicas. Si se ve afectada la salud reproductiva y la calidad de las relaciones sexuales, disfrutar de la sexualidad mientras se busca un embarazo puede ayudar a conseguirlo.
Pregunta de investigación: ¿Podemos las matronas mejorar la salud sexual y reproductiva para la búsqueda del embarazo?
Objetivo principal: Dar a conocer los métodos de fertilidad natural y las prácticas sexuales y actitudes ante la búsqueda de la gestación, que favorezcan la concepción.
Metodología: Revisión bibliográfica para la obtención de datos biológicos, psicológicos y de sexualidad, que pueden influir en la fecundación, y que nos permita elaborar una guía para presentar una charla informativa a la población.
Resultados principales: Charla informativa en soporte audiovisual (power-point), donde se informa a la pareja tanto de los aspectos biológicos y técnicos, como emocionales que pueden ayudar en la búsqueda de la gestación.
Conclusión principal: La Matrona desde la Educación para la salud, será el primer eslabón necesario en la ayuda a la mujer /pareja, en la búsqueda del embarazo.

ABSTRACT (Education for the Health: Sexuality for the pregnancy)

Justification: It's a good idea to search the pregnancy in the best physical and psiquical conditions. If it's an affected to the reproductive health and the quality of the sexual relations, to enjoy of the sexuality while it is wanted a pregnancy can help to get it.
Research question: Can the midwives improve sexual and reproductive health for the search of the pregnancy?
Main objetive: Giving to know the natural fertility methods and the sexual practices and attitudes in view of the research of the gestation, which it favours the conception?
Methodology: Check-up bibliography for the obtaining of biologist, psychologists information's and of sexuality, which can influence into the fertilization, which it permits us to prepare a guide to present an informative talk to the population.
Main results: Informative talk in a medium audio-visual (power-point), where it's informed to the couple as the biologist and tecnic as emotional ways, which can help in the research of the gestation.
Main conclusion: The Midwife from the Education for the Health, she'll be the first necessary link in the help to the woman/couple, in the research of the gestation.
