RESUMEN

La falta de adherencia al tratamiento en los pacientes con trastorno bipolar se estima que oscila entre el 20 y el 66%, lo que conlleva importantes repercusiones clínicas y económicas. El objetivo de este estudio es conocer la adherencia o no al tratamiento de los pacientes con trastorno bipolar de la ciudad de Jaén y así poder ejecutar acciones específicas para conseguir una adecuada adherencia. Se llevará a cabo un estudio cuantitativo con diseño descriptivo transversal. La población de estudio estará formada por personas con trastorno bipolar que formen parte de los dispositivos asistenciales de FAISEM y de la Red de Salud Mental del SAS de la ciudad de Jaén. Se estudiarán variables sociodemográficas y el incumplimiento o no al tratamiento a través del Test de Morisky-Green. Se utilizará estadística descriptiva de cada una de las variables de estudio y análisis bivariante para buscar asociación entre las puntuaciones obtenidas de adherencia al tratamiento y las variables sociodemográficas. Se utilizará muestro por conveniencia.

ABSTRACT

The lack of adherence to treatment in patients with bipolar disorder is estimated that between 20 and 66%, which has important clinical and economic implications. The aim of this study is to determine adherence or not to treat patients with bipolar disorder Jaen city so they can perform specific actions to achieve adequate adhesion. A quantitative study with descriptive transversal design was carried out. The study population will consist of people with bipolar disorder who are part of healthcare devices FAISEM and Mental Health Network SAS city of Jaen. Sociodemographic variables and noncompliance with treatment or not through Morisky-Green will be studied. Descriptive statistics for each of the study variables and bivariate analysis to find association between scores of adherence and sociodemographic variables will be used. It is used for convenience sampling.
