Resumen

El exudado es un componente de las heridas que analizándolo nos puede dar mucha información de su evolución. Vemos en este estudio como analizando ciertos parámetros disponemos de información acerca de las heridas. El objetivo es la medición leucocitaria y del complemento C-3 y C-4 del exudado a lo largo de la cicatrización de una herida y evaluar su posible utilidad en la evaluación de las mismas. Paciente, varón de 47 años intervenido, de absceso pancreático por cirugía general en el Hospital General Universitario de Elche. Presenta herida que cierra por segunda intención. En la herida se observa sutura interna que está actuando como cuerpo extraño. El tejido presenta signos inflamatorios, con restos esfacelares. Se realiza cura con terapia de presión negativa. Tras la recogida de tres muestras en días alternos, se procede a retirar la sutura y a los dos días siguientes se saca otra muestra. Las muestras se recogen en un tubo de EDTA con 2-3 mililitros de exudado, procediendo a su análisis. Los resultados fueron que el porcentaje de los neutrófilos estaba por encima del 89% y los monocitos por debajo del 6% en las tres primeras muestras. En la cuarta muestra, donde ya no había sutura, los resultados se normalizaron a un 53% de neutrófilos y un 42% de monocitos. En cuanto al complemento C3 y C4 los resultados fueron significativos, observando cómo en la fase inflamatoria había gasto de complemento y en la fase proliferativa se normalizaba.

Abstract
INNATE IMMUNITY: �Leukocyte Measurement and C3, C4 complement in wound exudate�

Exudate is a component of the wounds analyzing it can give us much information about their evolution. We see in this study as analyzing some have information about the wounds parameters. The aim is leukocyte and complement C-3 and C-4 exudate measurement along the wound healing and evaluate its potential usefulness in evaluating the same. Patient 47 year old male intervened, pancreatic abscess general surgery at the Hospital General Hospital University of Elche. It has wound closing by second intention. In internal suture the wound is acting as a foreign body is observed. The fabric has inflammatory signs with esfacelares remains. cure It is done with negative pressure therapy. After collecting three samples on alternate days, one proceeds to removing the suture and the next two days another sample is removed. Samples are collected in a tube with 2-3 milliliters of EDTA exudate, proceeding to analysis. The results were that the percentage of neutrophils was above 89% and monocytes below 6% in the first three samples. In the fourth sample, where there was no suture, results were normalized to 53% of neutrophils and 42% monocytes. As for the C3 and C4 complement the results were significant, watching in the inflammatory phase had complement spending and the proliferative phase is normalized.
