Resumen La obra cumbre de Rawls es su "Teoría de la justicia", un pensador de su tiempo no puede quedarse ajeno a una sociedad donde la salud y la enfermedad se cuestionan su valor social. Sus principios políticos de justicia y ética están tan imbricados que son difícilmente distinguibles, por ello en este artículo pretendemos desmenuzarlos y a su vez proyectarlos sobre las ciencias de la salud y el ámbito del cuidado. Valorar su dimensión en una sociedad como la nuestra es el objetivo del presente artículo, a l igual que ponderar la aplicabilidad de su teoría a nuestra realidad clínica y profesional. Hispolitical principles of justice and ethics are so overlapped that are difficultly distinguishable, for it in this article we try to crumble them and in turn to project them on the sciences of the health and the area of the care. Valuing his dimension at a society since ours is the aimof the present article, to l like to consider the aplicabilidad of his theory to our clinical and professional reality.
