Resumen

El cuidado que proporciona el profesional de enfermería, en el primer nivel de atención tiene que ir encaminada a mejorar las condiciones del individuo, la familia y la comunidad, cabe resaltar que para esto requiere de un método "el Proceso de Atención Enfermería (PAE)", que le permita integrar el conocimiento científico de la teoría con su aplicación en la práctica.
Sin embargo, diversos autores refieren que la implementación del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en la Práctica Clínica presenta dificultades, esto resulta porque la enseñanza de enfermería se centra en el "saber qué" (conceptos, definiciones, reglas, procedimientos) y no en el "saber cómo", es decir en la manera de llevar a la práctica los conocimientos teóricos; otros factores que limitan la aplicación del PAE según la literatura son: las estrategias de enseñanza, el paradigma biomédico, las políticas de los servicios de salud, etc.
Por tal motivo, el presente artículo pretende ofrecer una propuesta para la aplicación del PAE en la comunidad a través del enfoque epistemológico de la Teoría del Autocuidado de Dorothea Orem y las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC.

Abstract (Proposal for the application of the Process of Attention of Nurse in community)

The care that the nursing professional provides, in the first level of attention has to go guided to improve the individual's conditions, the family and the community, nevertheless is necessary it fits to stand out that it stops this requires of a method "The Process of Attention of Nursing (PAE)" that allows him to integrate the scientific knowledge of the theory with her application in the practice.
However, diverse authors refer that the implementation of the process of attention of nursing in the clinical practice presents difficulties, this is because the nursing teaching is centered in the "to know what" (concepts, definitions, rules, procedures) and not in the "to know how", that is to say in the way of taking to the practice the theoretical knowledge; other factors that limit the application of the pae according to the literature are: the teaching strategies, the biomedical paradigm, the politicians of the services of health, etc.
For such a reason, the present article seeks to offer a proposal for the application of the PAE in the community through the focus epistemológico of the Theory of the selfcare of Dorothea Orem and the taxonomías NANDA, NIC and NOC.
