Resumen

Introducción: En los últimos años varios atentados terroristas han sacudido el mundo La manera en que estos sucesos son vividos por las enfermeras nos permite fijar actuaciones desde el campo de la salud laboral.
Objetivo: Describir como es vivido por una enfermera su trabajo realizado en los atentados del 11 de Marzo de 2004 en Madrid.
Métodos: Se ha optado por un abordaje cualitativo realizándose entrevistas en profundidad a enfermeras del servicio de urgencias del Hospital Gregorio Marañón.
Resultados: Se agolpan en un primer momento sentimientos de incredulidad ante la brutal realidad, se añade la duda de la capacidad tuya de reaccionar ante tal magnitud, posteriormente el trabajo te envuelve de tal manera que actúa como una vía de escape psicológica basada en actuar y no pensar e intentas seguir trabajando independientemente de que haya pasado tu jornada laboral, por último cuando uno se queda sólo llega el derrumbe psicológico primero es la necesidad de llorar acompañado de tristeza y luego aparece insomnio, ansiedad, pensamiento recurrente así como la duda de si podrías haber hecho más.
Conclusiones: (1) El sentimiento de impotencia que se convierte en un eje central de los sentimientos vividos siendo el trabajo psicológico uno de los aspectos fundamentales a abordar para disminuir las secuelas que supone la atención a las víctimas de un atentado. (2) El mayor declive psicológico aparece a partir del segundo día aumentando en las semanas posteriores siendo en este momento cuando es necesario contar con un mayor apoyo tanto psicológico como social.

Introduction: In the last years several terrorist attempts have shaken the world The way in which these events are lived by the nurses allows us to fix performances from the field of the labour health. Aim(lens): To describe since her work realized in the attempts is lived by a nurse of March 11, 2004 in Madrid.
Methods: It has been chosen for a qualitative boarding interviews being realized in depth to nurses of the service of urgencies of the Hospital Gregorio Marañón.
Summary: There are in the first moment feelings incredulities towards the brutal reality, is added the doubt of your capacity of reacting to such a magnitude, later the work wraps you in such a way that it actuates as a psychological route of leak stocks in acting and not thinking and you try to continue working independently from that your labour day has happened, finally when one remains only it comes the first psychological precipice is the need to cry accompanied of sadness and then insomnia, anxiety, thought appears appellant as well as the doubt of if you might have done more.
Conclusions: (1) The feeling impotence that turns into a backbone of the lived feelings being the psychological work one of the fundamental aspects to approaching to diminish the sequels that there supposes the attention to the victims of an attempt. (2) The major psychological declivity appears from the second day increasing in the posterior weeks being in this moment when it is necessary to possess(to rely on) a major support psychological and social.
